Develop and Strengthen Your Social Sustainability Programme Using Logic Model and Theory of Change

OVERVIEW
COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to help businesses strengthen their social sustainability programs by utilizing the theory of change (TOC) and logic model (LM) frameworks. Through this course, business owners will learn how to create a comprehensive description of their program’s intended outcomes, causal pathway, and contextual factors using a TOC. They will then use the LM to visually represent their program’s design and identify the indicators and measures needed to evaluate their program’s success.

The course will also cover the benefits of transparency and accountability in social sustainability programs, and how to integrate these elements into the design and implementation process. Business owners will learn how to set clear targets, track progress, and report on results to build trust with stakeholders and demonstrate their commitment to creating positive change.

Throughout the course, participants will engage in interactive activities and case studies to apply the TOC and LM frameworks to real-world scenarios. They will also have the opportunity to network with other business owners and sustainability professionals to exchange ideas and best practices.

By the end of this course, business owners will have the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement effective social sustainability programs using the TOC and LM frameworks, while also prioritizing transparency and accountability to maximize their program’s impact and credibility.
