The 

Reflective practice is the foundation of professional development. It is a method to turn experience into insights, and translate insights into practice strategies for personal and professional growth. 
Reflective practice is a systematic process to guide our thinking and reflections. Join us for this training to acquire the skills and techniques to tap into your experience to deepen your professional development and personal growth.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Apply methods for introspection and intersubjective reflections to crtically examine assumptions and biases when making sense of customers’/clients’ experiences
2. Demonstrate ability to handle complexities and sensitives of client issues in professional practice
3. Examine personal and professional effectiveness in professional practice with other stakeholders
4. Apply self-reflexive methods to identify areas of improvement in personal and professional development
5. Practice self-assessment and monitoring using methods for reflexive analysis
6. Plan learning development according to professional requirements

22 hours including face-to-face learning, online learning and assessment

This course is eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) WSQ Funding for participants who are Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Certification
Learners who have successfully completed and passed the assessment will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) in Para-counselling (Basic) issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
